August Currently

I can't believe it's already August!  Where did the summer go?  Today I'm linking up with Farley at
for the August currently:
Now I'm off to hop around!  Have a great Friday!

  1. I'm with you on being in denial that it is August already? I love teaching, but why does summer always go by so quickly?!

I hear you on the Olympics messing with the sleep schedule. I was just complaining about that last night. Staying up until midnight creates a sleepy me the next day.

Wishing you on finding out what grade you are teaching! I'm in my eighth year as well, and spent 3 of those in 2nd grade and am going into year 4 as a first grade teacher. I loved being a second grade teacher! It's such a fun age and year! Enjoy the last bits of summer and Sea World.

  2. Thanks for stopping by teaching in turtlepond. I hate not knowing what grade I am going to be teaching. Hope you find out soon!

  3. Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment on my Currently post. I love connecting with other Southern California teachers! I hope you find out what grade you are teaching soon! Enjoy what is left of your summer.
