I Made the Teacher Toolbox!!!!

Yesterday was a day of painting, gluing, taping, and of course shopping to get all of the supplies.  My poor daughter was a trooper and went to 5 stores with me (granted she got something small from all of them so I guess it wasn't too bad!).  But after going to Michael's, Target, Home Depot, the Dollar Tree, and Big Lots, we came home with what we needed to have a day of crafts.  While I painted, cut, and glued, she was coloring and painting right beside me.
Once she went down for her nap, I decided to tackle the teacher toolbox seen all over Pinterest, with the directions from Rebecca at Create-Teach-Share.  I made my labels using her measurements and got some card stock together to use for backing.  Here's the final result:

I love how it turned out, although I realize that my next craft purchase needs to be a paper cutter....I'm horrible at cutting in a straight line!  I'm so excited to use this that I even put tape and post it notes in the drawers!  I know, lame, but as soon as I get this to work I'm filling it up then putting it in my cabinet so it's ready to go when school starts!  No more searching and hunting for the little things that I need on a daily basis...can't wait!
Today I'll be finishing the rest of my craft extravaganza--gifts for my room moms and end of the year treats for my kids.  Have a great rest of the weekend!
