While blog hopping over the weekend I found this great linky party (and I love linky parties!!!!!)
Chrissy at First Grade Found Me is having a Thanksgiving picture book linky party!
I love showing my kids the illustrations from
For read alouds I like
Which brings me to my newest creation:
Every year for the past 6 years I've done this Disguise a Turkey project. My kiddos love it and it makes such a fun bulletin board display.
I've spruced up my directions and writing pages and have put it in my TpT store for $3.50. It comes with teacher and student directions, 3 types of writing paper, a rubric, student planning pages, and a turkey template!
Click the picture above or right {HERE} to head to my TpT store to pick this up!
Have a great week!

I'm trying to read your post on Accelerated Reader, but it keeps showing up like a programing page.

I'm so glad you linked up to the book party, Brandi! I teach first grade, not 2nd, but I'm excited to look at your disguising a turkey project. The book you read with it looks cute too!
